Features:
1.HWPC Series Horizontal Single-Layer PP/PS Sheet Extrusion Machine consists of single-screw extruder (including gear pump, hydraulic double-sieve screen changer and T-die), Horizontal three-roller calender, Cooling bracket, Roller Temperature Controlling System, Hual-off Unit, double working-position rewinder&scrap rewinder, material autoloader and electric control cabinet.
2.This extruder machine is equipped with big L/D Ratio screw, low noisy cooling fan and precise gear pump system to ensure excellent plasticizing effect and stable extrusion.
3.Horizontal design of three-roller calender with each roller individually driving control ensure formed sheets with little thickness tolerance. This design is widely used for making sheet width more than 1000mm.
4.High-efficiency and stable roller temperature controlling system helps a lot when produce good quality HIPS sheets. It saves energy, water and material consumption.
5.Reliable electrical control system ensures the machine works steadily
