Usage:

JHS Automatic Three/Four Station Vacuum Pressure Thermoforming Machine with forming-cutting-stacking inline is mainly used for making different kind of plastic packagers for good packing or industry packaging, such as, fast food boxes, salad trays, nuts, snack plates, dishes, egg trays, bowls, lids, sushi containers, different kind of blister packagers etc from plastic PP/PET/PVC/PS and biodegradable thermoformed plastic sheet rolls.

Design Features:

1.JHS Automatic 3/4 station Vacuum Pressure Thermoforming Machine with Forming-Cutting-Stacking inline is newly designed plastic thermoforming machine. It is widely used for plastic packagers manufacturing industry with fully automatic and small output production.

2. This machine adopts servomotor feeding and inverter controlled gear motor for movement of bottom mold plate for forming station and cutting station toghter, which ensures forming, cutting, stacking&counting three stations perfectly working as one unit. This automatic production line saves electricity consumption, labor cost, but with less money invests.

3. The pin chain guide could be moved upward and downward in order to make the clamshell products with turn-down lip.

4. The stacking unit is controlled by pneumatic system.

5. It adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC control system, which makes the machine automatically working operation easily and convenient.

6. The main machine components adopt world famous branded parts, such as, Festo from Germany, MAC from USA, Mitsubishi PLC from Japan etc. These high quality machines parts ensures machine quality and long life working.
